The Spice is a two-story restaurant adjacent to the swimming pool, decorated
in a contemporary Thai style, surrounded by lotus ponds and potted Thai
herbs and spices. The Spice serves Thai as well as Asian and Western
cuisines. Vegetarian dishes are also included in our menu. |
Daily specialties are recommended. Barbeque
dinners are served in pool-side areas. Opening time: 06.30 - 22.00 hrs

| Other than nationally-known Thai events, Krabi
observes several local festivals such as the Andaman Sea Festival which
is held annually in November to signal the beginning of the holiday
season. |
The festival features cultural
events as well as water sports. The setting adrift of the Chao Le Boat
on sland is a religious event observed by the Chao Le people on every
full moon of the sixth and eleventh month.
During
this event boats are ceremoniously released at the beach as a symbolic
act of purging bad luck while participants engage in singing and in
dancing the Rong Ngeng around the boats to be released. |
