Transportation
Pattaya, located 147 km from
Bangkok, is easy to access. By road, it takes about 2 hours via
Bangna-Trat Highway (Highway 34 and then Highway 3) or motorway from
Rama 9 Road (Highway 7 and then Highway 3). Daily bus services to
and from Bangkok's Ekkamai, Mo Chit, and Southern Bus Terminals are
available every hour. There are charter and regular flights to
U-Taphao Airport in Sattahip County (less than one hour' drive to
Pattaya).
