Staying in one of our 4 luxury homes for your holiday will mean that you can enjoy ample living space on two floors (282 sq. metres), with a full-length and deep patio on the living-level and a full-length balcony on the sleeping level. This huge outdoor space and the large French windows give an uncluttered feeling of al-fresco living.

Each Completely private villa has :

• - Master bedroom-suite with sea views, plus large feature en-suite bathroom with a specially positioned bath that looks out over the sea. Each master-suite has a 42-inch Plasma TV and DVD player and, a combination safe.
• - 2 further double bedrooms, both with sea views and en-suite bathrooms
• - All bathrooms are in white marble - all double-bedrooms have wood-strip flooring
• - Frangipani and Plumeria have 4 bedrooms, the 4th consists of 2 single beds
• - Bougainvillea and Heavenly Jasmine are both 3-bedroom houses, they have an office/chill out room in place of the 4th bedroom
• - Built-in wardrobes and full-length mirrors in all double-bedrooms
• - Remote-controlled air conditioning in all rooms
• - Beautifully fitted Western kitchen with pleasing little details like whisper self-closing drawers
• - Large living and dining room open space with marble floors, opening further out onto the full length patio - plenty of space for living, eating together, entertaining and just simply relaxing. The living room has a 42-inch Plasma TV and a home-theatre surround-sound system
• - Cable TV (3 sports channels, 4 movie channels, 3 news channels, 3 children's channels, 4 entertainment channels). We also have a free DVD library of over 1,200 titles
• - A patio dining table, 4 chairs and 2 sun-loungers for you to enjoy the sunsets!

 - Heavenly Jasmine -  is the house nearest to the pool and beach - it is therefore perhaps more suitable for parties with small children that can be watched-over whilst playing outside. The pool can be accessed via a front-gate set in the stainless-steel railings and so you can walk 7 steps from your living room into the infinity pool.

There are 3 double bedrooms in Heavenly Jasmine and so up to 6 adults may be accommodated or, 7 by adding the foldable bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, full air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The Master Suite overlooks the beach and pool, is sumptuously decorated and has a rather decadent bathroom and a bath from which you can soak-up the views.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 also overlook the beach and pool. The Western kitchen is fully fitted and has crockery/cutlery for 8 persons, it also has an electric kettle, toaster and microwave oven. Flooring is in white marble and the work-tops are black granite. The living room opens onto the patio which in turn opens onto the pool.

 - Bougainvillea -  is set on the second tier of the development and therefore has a higher vantage point with slightly better breezes. The views from here are stunning and, being next to a wooded area, you have a feeling of living in the trees. The dining table seats 6 persons or, you may decide to eat outside. The Western kitchen has everything you may need and is almost a pleasure to be in.

There are 3 double bedrooms in Bougainvillea and so up to 6 adults may be accommodated or, 7 by adding the foldable bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, full air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The Master Suite overlooks the bay and its islands, is sumptuously decorated and has a spacious bathroom with a rather decadent bath from which you can soak-up the views.

Bedroom 2 is spacious and has beautiful views over Panwa Bay.

Bedroom 3 is also spacious and shares the same beautiful views. All 3 bedrooms open onto the balcony via large French windows.

 - Frangipani -  is set on the third tier of the development and therefore benefits from more cooling breezes by virtue of its height. Frangipani and Plumeria are next door to each other and so parties of up to 18 persons can be accommodated as neighbors. Car-park access is easier from here, the breezes fresher and, the views are even better.

Bedrooms, There are 4 bedrooms in Frangipani and so 8 guests can be accommodated or, 9 by adding our foldable bed (there is also an infant's cot available). The Master suite is beautifully appointed and affords rare views over Lone Island and Panwa Bay. You can watch movies in bed whilst being cooled by the sea breezes. It's very therapeutic (and easy) to fall asleep to the sound of breaking waves. The sumptuous bath from which you can enjoy the views.

Dining and Kitchen dine inside or out. Dining area looking towards kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances you are used to at home.

 - Plumeria -  is set on the third tier of the development and is next door to Frangipani so larger parties of more than 9 persons can be neighbors. Here you have easy access to the car-park and, being higher the breezes are cooler and the views are better.

Bedrooms, The Master bedroom is large, light and airy and, has fantastic views over the bay and its islands The Master bathroom is spacious a features a bath from where you can admire the sea-views.

Bedroom 2 and 3 also enjoy stunning views.

Kitchen and dining area, View towards kitchen. Dining al-fresco is always a good alternative. Another view South-east form Plumeria's patio and another one of those sunsets.
