About Samed Island
Koh Samed is one of Thailand's loveliest islands and is
unspoiled because it is a national park and the Government now restricts
access and limits development to approved resorts which harmonize with
the environment. Not so far from Bangkok , yet far enough to allow
visitors to thrill to the experience of a natural tropical island.
The peaceful island of Koh Samed is around a 2 1/2 hour drive and a short
boat ride from Bangkok. Yet in reality, it is a whole world away. A
truly magical Tropical island... so lush with vegetation and natural
beaches... that is now treasured as a national park. No super highways, no
huge high-rises, no giant buses unloading hordes of tourists. Here is
your dream vacation island. Samed Resorts offers you the choice of
secluded privacy or a more lively environment if you wish. Choose the Samed Resorts that's perfect for you.
Koh Samed's Weather
Koh Samed is not in the open ocean, but in the protected waters
of the Gulf of Thailand . The climate is tropical all year
round, a haven for a perfect island vacation. You can enjoy
warmth with an average temperature of 28oc. The peak months
are between November and March.
Mook Samed
Our own private
fisherman's village built with finest teak wood in the calm
waters of Mook Samed Bay, a stone throw away from the beach. |
