Welcome to Sukhothai Heritage Resort.
Besides being conveniently located for
visiting the ancient temples of the Sukhothai Historical Park and the
natural wonders of the Si Satchanalai National Park, the 68-rooms
boutique resort is also adjacent to the Sukhothai Airport and its unique
educational diversions such as museum of ancient Thai ceramics, and the
working organic rice farm that surrounds both facilities. In fact, this
latter feature is constantly remarked upon by visitors as one of the
areas most charming attractions. |

| Guest to the
Sukhothai Heritage Resort have the seasonal rhythms of traditional
organic rice farming as a backdrop to their stay. During the spring
months, the flooded paddies are plowed by teams of water buffalo in
preparation for planting the jade-green seedlings in neat rows.
Later in the year, the fields of golden stalks slowly are harvested
by hand. These ancient cycles have been preserved here, and are not
only a soothingly unhurried spectacle to witness, they supply the
Sukhothai Heritage Resort with rice. |
| The Sukhothai Heritage
Resort combines convenience of location with all the amenities
and facilities that one would expect from one of Thailand premier
resorts. After a day of exploring the temples of Sukhothai
Historical Park of admiring the waterfalls and caves of Si
Satchanalai National Park, come back to refresh and invigorate
yourself with a Thai massage and other spa treatments. Then feats on
your favorite Thai dishes at the Sukhothai Heritage Resorts
restaurant. |
