Family Apartment Type A
Pool & Sea View, 56 sqms, with patio. One bedroom with 2 king size beds. Kitchenette and sofa with 32" LCD TV. Bathroom with rain shower. Just few steps from the pool and beach. Easy accessibility because ground floor, no stairs.

Lavinia House
Opened in 1996, it was the first Guesthouse in Ao Nang. There was a huge demand for rooms and breakfast.Upon many requests of visitors 'walking in', we just had to open our private beach houses for the visitors.The building at the front road has become our well-known Lavinia Restaurant & Bakery and our two houses behind the front building are now known as Lavinia Guesthouse.
Dawn of Happiness Beach Resort
The Eco Resort 'Dawn of Happiness' was founded by Thom Henley about two decades ago.

Restaurant
Lavinia Bakery and Restaurant
Located at the beach road of Ao Nang, Lavinia House & Cafe opened in 1996. It was the first Cafe on the beach road and since then we have been trying to improve the standards in Ao Nang, using only imported and the best ingredients available on the local market. We have then re-opened the place as Lavinia Bakery, Pizzeria and Restaurant.
