The Restaurant & Wine Cellar

Our Restaurant presents two menus, one is classic Thai cuisine and one is Mediterranean cuisine with Thai herbs and spices. The Thai menu is interesting and dishes are very healthy and tasty, using mostly organic ingredients from local farms. Let us know if you like it "hot" or maybe with a little less chili, we will cook for your personal taste.

Or book our underground wine cellar for a private dinner. The original wine cellar has space for 8 person in a very private atmosphere with your very personal service.

The Swimming Pool and Pool Bar

The 680 sq.m. freeform swimming pool is the center of the resort. Enjoy the channel around the retaurant with its 14 waterfalls, the strong inbuilt Jacuzzis and of course the warm water temperature. The water is treated with salt only, no chemicals are used at all. Because of its size and the generous space on the two pool decks, it never feels crowded even during busy times. The pool has a 3 meter deep area where the Sea Bees Dive masters are offering weekly free diving lessons.

The Restaurant with its open show kitchen and wine cellar, offers a la carte Mediterranean delights with Asian tastes in a refreshing open-air setting. For classic Royal Thai Cuisine, we will present you a separate menu, which includes many famous Thai dishes. Everything is freshly prepared, which means it does sometimes take a bit longer. Special requests are always welcome, so if you are looking for something not on the menu, please let us know.

The Pool Bar, partially integrated into the swimming pool, is open from the morning until 19:00. It is especially popular for a sundowner during happy hour.

The Lounge Bar is located above the lobby. It offers great views from the terrace and guests enjoy a refreshing breeze on most nights.

Live music is scheduled regularly and it makes the Lounge Bar a perfect place for pre- or post-dinner drinks.

The underground, cozy Wine Cellar is a unique feature in Phuket. Two flights of stairs down and guests have the feeling to be somewhere in the Bordeaux region.

In Room Dining is available all through the day until 22:00. A variety of Western and Asian meals can be served in the privacy of your room.
