A central location means, it is easy to walk to every point of interest in Kata. In less than a 1 minute Kata Beach can be reached. It is an 800 meters long sandy beach with lush palm-trees as a backdrop. Sun-beds, cold-tropical juices and exotic fruits are all available on the beach, which is also one of only a few beaches on Phuket that offers year-round swimming conditions.

The shopping is now as exciting and attractive on Thai Na Road in Kata-centre as in the major resort area of Patong. Although should you wish to visit Patong too, then the local bus stop is right outside Rico’s Bungalows and after a 20 minute ride along the western shores Patong is reached.
