The Toy Residence
Suite measures 36 square meters and comes with a balcony overlooking Patong Bay, living room, queen-size double bed, fully fitted kitchen & bathroom.
Included: fridge, air-con, cable TV, hot water and IDD phone, safety box, 24 hours security. Apartments are serviced twice a week incl. Daily serviced, changing of bed sheets twice a week.
The Deluxe Suite measures 70 square meters and comes with a balcony overlooking Patong Bay, living room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom.
Included: fridge, air-condition, cable TV, hot water and IDD phone,safety box and 24 hours security. Apartments are daily serviced, changing of bed sheet.

In the year 2002 we build in front of our Toy Residence a housing complex with 5 villas and a swimming pool. The villas consist of 3 storey and have the following use and equipment.
Located on the ground floor is a 45 sqm big living room with comfortable rattan furniture, cable-TV, a nice house bar and eating corner. From the living room we enter the kitchen, fully fitted in European style, with e-g stove, dishwasher, fridge, guest toilette and shower.
There is one small bedroom next to the kitchen with a single bed.
The ground floor is connected with the upper floor trough interior wooden steps. On the upper floor are two bed rooms with a balcony and two generous bathrooms with bathtub and separate shower with hot and cold water. The two bedrooms are outfitted with an air-con and ceiling fans, king-size beds, closet and built-in safety box and cable-TV's. From the corridor we reach over wooden steps the roof garden of 65 sqm with terrace furniture and flower plants, in all 200 sqm usable area with best comfort and a fantastic view over Patong bay.
