Each villa has a bedroom with living area, kitchenette, full bathroom and big private terrace. The rooms are fully air conditioned by remote control with other facilities including remote control TV with multi channel cable programs, fridge with mini bar, Cordless Kettle, kitchen sink , outdoor terrace dining table, full size wardrobe with lighting, rain shower and built-in bath with skylight, and hot water supply.

The finishes throughout the villas compliment the surrounding natural garden and landscape with use of silver cement polishes, oak-coloure wood fascias and fixtures, and pitched ceilings covered with silk cushions.
