The Santiburi Resort is a superb year round treasured paradise set amidst 23 acres of meticulously nurtured tropical gardens with a river gently meandering down to a private 300 meter white sand beach. Santiburi Resort provides individual accommodation that offers the last word in luxury. Hidden among the tropical greenery, and widely spaced for optimum privacy, are 12 Equatorial suites, 57 deluxe villas and 2 Santiburi Villas. Each villa is designed like an elegant Thai home, with beautiful wooden floors, opulent Siamese furnishings and a large terrace overlooking the beach and gardens. Dining at Santiburi is a delight as much for the romantic venues as well as for the diverse choice of culinary styles. Attentive yet unobtrusive service in the timeless Thai way, complements the culinary excellence and the irresistible charm of the surroundings.

Accommodation

The "Equatorial Duplex Suites", located in the main building and the "Villas", which are typical for the village-type resort, vary in their location and in their set-up.

Each of the Villas is designed like an exclusive Thai house with locally made wooden parquet floor, Siamese furniture and spacious, luxurious bathroom. A special feature is the private terrace from which you can either see the beach or the lush tropical garden. All Villas have sufficient space between each other to guarantee total privacy.

Throughout the resort new design-trends blend in skillfully with authentic Thai architecture - creating the special ambience of the resort. Modern interior equipment like flat screens, Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, WLAN as well as coffee & tea boilers are available.

Equatorial Duplex Suite

These suites are located in the main building and afford a wonderful view at the pool and the tropical garden. Classy furniture and a lot of other details show a comfortable ambience. The living room is provided in the ground floor and the bedroom in the upper floor. In addition to the large-scaled suite there is an own bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.

Equatorial Duplex Suite

On 91 qm you can expect two bedrooms and one living room. You will have a beautiful View at the big swimming pool and at the tropical garden from both balconies. The luxury bath is featured with a separate bathtub and a shower.

River Villa Suite

Our villas create the original character of our "peaceful village Santiburi":

You live in a luxury villa with a terrace in an authentic Thai-style: Floor with Teakwood and Thai silk-materiel, as well as luxury baths with two washbasins, shower and a round bathtub in marble.

All Suites without Plunge Pool are similar in its size and decor - their only difference is their location in the tropical garden (see floor plan). The River Villa suites are located in the back line near the river.

Orchid Garden Villa

Size and decor are the same as in the River Villa suite but its located in the middle of the tropical garden.

Dahla Garden Villa

Size and decor are the same as in the River Villa suite but its located in the front of the tropical garden.

Garden Villa with Plunge Pool

These villas feature an additional luxury with an own Plunge Pool with continuous water intake that offers a wonderful refresher on your own private terrace. These villas are located in the front line very close to the sea. The furniture is like the villas above.

Pool Villa – one bedroom

These types of villas will meet the highest standards! The generous living room and the luxury bathroom in modern Thai-decor will be rounded down through the own private pool with integrated Jacuzzi. Because of a high wall at the entrance and the view at the river in the living area the villa features a perfect privacy!

Beach Front Villa

This type of villa with its direct location at the sea features you a perfect holiday feeling! From the sleeping and living area you have a panorama view directly at the sea and the Koh Phangan Island on the horizon! The private terrace is also directly facing to the sea. Size and furniture is the same like the other types of villas.

Beach Front Villa with Plunge Pool

The same location and room setup like the Standard Beach Front Villa. It is with advanced luxuries because of the own plunge pool at the terrace with integrated Jacuzzi.

PRESIDENTIAL RETREAT Villa

Located directly at the beachfront our most luxurious villa offers you 2 separate bed rooms, your own Jacuzzi as well as a private garden. Even the most demanding traveler will enjoy this spacious retreat with its Thai deluxe decor.

Sport Activities Overview

All sport activities are perfectly organized and equipped with state of the art material. We offer our guests the possibility also to be active during their “relax –vacation”. To allow privacy our sports-campus is exclusively reserved for hotel-guests only.

If you prefer just to relax on our beautiful private beach then our comfortable hammocks and sufficient number of beach-chairs are just waiting for you! Our “beach butler service” offers you complimentary two towels per Person, free bottled mineral water as well as fruit and ice cream servings twice per day - rounding up the feeling of being totally pampered.

Every Afternoon at 4 pm there is a traditional “high tea” set up in our lobby-again free of charge.

Santiburi Kids Activity Centre

Our Santiburi Kids Activity centre does not only mean fun for all our small guests but also for the grown-ups! Available in our activity centre are: table-tennis, dart, soccer–kicker, computer game room including a play-station, library and much more.

Also various activities are offered every afternoon: try out the traditional Thai art of creating lotus flower chains, gel-candles or paint your own batik shirt. Highly popular are our Thai cooking classes.

Once a week during school holidays “family days” are organised where your children will enjoy skip roping, basketball, soccer, painting, or planting exotic plants - all of that arranged in interesting competitions. If you prefer to watch the action only we also feature Thai acrobat or elephant shows. To finish an action –packed fun day there are complimentary refreshments available for parents and a children-buffet.

At the Santiburi you don’t need to miss your daily jogging routine!We offer you a 1.2 km jogging track leading you through the tropical gardens and along our beautiful seaside. For our younger guests we have mountain bikes that are available free of charge and can be kept throughout your stay.
